Patient Safety
A health care worker, patient, or visitor who has a concern about the safety or quality of care provided in our hospital can anonymously report the occurrence to Administration or the hospital’s Safety Officer.
Additionally, concerns can be reported to The Joint Commission or the Texas Department of Health Services.
